Lyndi Martoia is an excellent REALTOR. As first-time home buyers, we were in the dark as to much of the process, and Lyndi was always attentive with answers to our questions. She was very easy to get in touch with whenever we needed help and she guided us smoothly through the process. She is also just a friendly and trustworthy person - no b.s. and I'd trust her to tell me if she doesn't like something. Her other colleagues at 8Z, especially Bob Terry (our loan officer) were also very helpful.
